Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Enero Twenty Nine pieces, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed.
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused and unwashed
- Returned in their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from marks, makeup, deodorant, perfume or other signs of wear
- Returned with the hygiene protection/seal fully intact where applicable
For hygiene reasons, swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, damaged or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges may be made for a different size or item, subject to availability.
Returns that meet the above conditions will be eligible for a refund in accordance with our policy.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate return or exchange instructions.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Enero Twenty Nine reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.
Please carefully review our sizing and product information before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the description provided, please contact us as soon as possible at enerotwentynine@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Where required under applicable UAE consumer protection law, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund.
Items must not have been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to identify a fault and must be returned with any original hygiene protection, tags and packaging where applicable.
Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
